What are your payment terms?

Usually it depends on the customer. It ranges from net 7-net 30. An account must be set up and be approved for us to issue credit terms.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit cards, wire transfers, letters of credit etc.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, and it depends upon the customer’s actual location. It could range from $400.00-$450.00

We deliver free to all of Dade and Broward counties. We only ask for a minimum order amount.
Do you ship products outside of the U.S.?

We ship internationally using the customers preferred freight forwarder or shipping company.
How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Locally typically 1-2 days maximum. Internationally, really depends upon the customer’s location.
How do you determine shipping charges?

There are no shipping charges within our delivery area only minimum order quantities.
Do you offer any kosher products?

Yes, we have many kosher products available.
What is the best way to store your products?

The majority of our products are so called dry goods. These only need to be kept in clean and dry environments. Refrigerated goods must of course be refrigerated.
How long can products be used after the “Sell by” date?

Bakery products typically do not have a sell by date. The products have a date of manufacture and their shelf life while long varies from product to product.
